Q. Does Vizion Furniture offer a warranty on their merchandise?
A. We provide a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. We do not warrant any fabric or leather for wear nor wooden surfaces from color fading. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective merchandise after inspection. Some products are covered by manufacturers extended warranty. All “As-Is” and “Floor Sample” merchandise with reduced pricing is sold final sale without any store or manufacturers warranty.
Q. Does Vizion Furniture deliver?
A. We offer delivery and set up for $ 40.00 to any single family home in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and Boulder City. We offer delivery and set up at High Rise buildings for $ 80.00. We also offer delivery for surrounding areas for an additional amount depending on the distance.
Q. Does Vizion Furniture special order merchandise?
A. We will special order and usually at the same price unless changes are made to leather grades or finishes etc… Special orders require a 25% deposit and are not available for cancellation or refundable.
Q. Which payment types does Vizion Furniture accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.
